Self-reflection and Feedback

The recipe went well, it was not a recipe that was super challenging so everything was pretty simple and went smoothly.

It turned out super good! I really enjoyed the flavour of the soup, and the tofu was very flavourful.

I’d say that there was not really any bad in this recipe, everything was pretty good. The only thing I found a bit challenging was when cutting the tofu it was crumbly, but that is not the recipe’s fault because I chose medium-firm tofu.

I would definitely cook this recipe again! It was super simple and easy, with a delicious product.

In the future, I would probably use firm tofu so that it is easier to cut and it does not crumble as much when cut.

I would give myself a 9.5/10, just because I should have considered purchasing the firm tofu while shopping to make the recipe easier for me.

Feedback:

My dad tried it, and he really liked it. He said that it tasted like a miso soup that he tried in a restaurant one time.
