Self-reflection and feedback:
The recipe went pretty well, it was fairly simple and easy to follow and overall the salad turned out really good.
The salad turned out really good. Overall I really liked the dressing, I found it to have a good balance of sweet and salty.
My only issue with the recipe is that I think that the bit of onion were a bit overpowering.
I probably would cook it again, however I would love to in the future try it with other types of greens.
In the future, I would probably add a bit less onion to the dressing.
I would give myself a 10/10 on this recipe, just because it was not a super complicated recipe however I followed all of the steps correctly and made a delicious salad.
I got my little brother to try it, and he also agreed with me that there was a bit too much onion in it, however he did overall like it which is good.
